Check your connection to Orlo
Orlo is moving to new web addresses. This page checks whether your network and browser can reach them. You do not need to be logged in, and nothing is changed on your account — it only makes a few test connections.
Running checks…
This usually takes a few seconds.
New addresses
These need to work before your account is switched over.
Addresses in use today
Checked for comparison, so we can tell the difference between "only the new addresses are blocked" and "nothing can reach Orlo".
If a check failed
Send the results to your IT or network team — use Copy results for support above, or take a screenshot of this page. They will need to allow the following:
Both addresses are served over HTTPS on port 443. If your network
inspects HTTPS traffic, these addresses need to be allowed through it
too. The live updates address also needs
WebSocket connections (an HTTP
Upgrade request) to be allowed, not just ordinary web
requests. The addresses are hosted in Microsoft Azure and their IP
addresses change, so please allow them by name rather than by IP
address.
If you are not sure what to do with this, contact Orlo support and include the copied results.
